Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item (e.g. due to sizing or a change of mind), please review our return policy below:


Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging
  • Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Address:
All returns must be sent to our logistics partner in China.
Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back, and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.


Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Important:

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior contact may be refused.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or any other charges related to the return shipment are at the customer’s expense.
